The Board shall gather data in a way that reflects the diversity of ownership. It shall meet with, gather input from, and otherwise interact with owners in order to understand the diversity of their values and perspectives (GP-13)
The Board shall establish mechanisms for maintaining open communication with other organizations regarding Ends. Any representations made on behalf of the board shall adhere to the stated policies. Any issues requiring the statement of a new policy position on the part of the board shall
be brought to the board for decision.
